- **Managers who can run a floor**: Distribution centre and warehouse managers need people skills as much as process skills. We check both with references.

- **Shortlist with notes**: Systems used, certifications such as SCMP where held, availability and salary expectations.

## Common questions

**Do you recruit warehouse workers or drivers?**

No. We recruit professional and management roles. Hourly warehouse staff are better served by a staffing agency.

**What designations are common in supply chain?**

In Canada, the SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada is common for procurement and supply chain management. It helps but is rarely mandatory.
