# Pricing

Simple prices, set in a written agreement before any work starts. Prices are typical for the Canadian market and quoted in CAD before tax.

## Recruitment fees

The fee is a percentage of the hired person's first-year base salary, not including bonus, commission or benefits.

Example: for a role with an $80,000 base salary, a 20% fee is $16,000. For a $150,000 executive role at 25%, the fee is $37,500.

## The replacement guarantee

If the person you hire through us leaves or is let go within 90 days of their start date, we run a replacement search for the same role at no additional fee.

The full guarantee terms, including any exclusions, are set out in the written agreement before the search starts.

- **Essentials, from $490 a month**: HR questions answered by email and video call. Offer letters, contracts and termination letters reviewed or drafted. Core policies kept current with your province's rules. Onboarding checklist for new hires.
- **Growth, from $990 a month**: Everything in Essentials. Employee handbook written and maintained. Performance review cycle set up and run with managers. Help with discipline, accommodation and difficult conversations.
- **Fractional HR Lead, from $1,990 a month**: Everything in Growth. A named HR lead who joins management meetings. HR plan, compensation structure and hiring plan. Workplace investigations and restructuring support.

**How do your fees compare with the market?**

Canadian recruitment agencies usually charge 15% to 25% of first-year salary for professional roles and 25% to 35% for executive search. HR outsourcing for small businesses often costs a few hundred to a few thousand dollars a month.

**When is the recruitment fee paid?**

Payment terms are set in the written agreement before the search starts.

**Is there an upfront fee for professional searches?**

**Are prices the same across Canada?**

Yes. Sales tax is added based on your province.
