We work with employers everywhere in Canada outside Quebec, by video call and in person where needed. These pages cover local hiring markets and the provincial rules that matter.

## Common questions

**Do you need to meet us in person?**

No. Intake, interviews and HR support work well by video call. We meet in person when it helps.

**Which province's rules apply?**

Usually the province where the employee works. Federally regulated employers follow the Canada Labour Code.
